Step 2 – Discuss
The second step is to discuss the influence of those differences on your cross-border collaboration. Discussing is the bridge from learning to applying.
Step 3 – Apply
The third step is to apply to your work what you have learned and discussed. Together as colleagues. This is about improving collaboration. About success.
